Party Hat

I thought Party Hat from Elizabeth Bell for SCACD would make a great birthday card! I inked her up with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored her with copics. For my paper I used My Mind’s Eye-Miss Caroline- Dolled Up. I added my sentiment, some butterflies and stickles to finish the card.
