RAH RAH RAH for TIOT #23!!!

My apologies to the SCACD DT for having such a late post with today's TIOT. I've had a sick stepson and I had some kind of 24-hour thing that made me "bleh". This week's challenge was a sketch: I decided to use Julia from the new Anki's Sweetheart Series 2 collection and thought she'd be perfect for a spinner card because cheerleaders like to twirl and tumble!
